Our professional decorators have over 20 years experience in the wedding cake industry. Visit our shop to view wedding cakes in our window display and to peruse through our cake albums, or you can bring in your own ideas or photos and clippings from magazines. We'll custom design just what our looking for. Everything from modern to traditional, or "sweet and simple" to "grandeur" in size. Floral accents are a popular choice to decorate the cake. They can be made of buttercream, gum paste, fondant, silk or fresh. If flowers aren't your thing, then how about fondant bows with tails or fondant swags to adorn the cake? Want a modern twist? Add color to your cake by icing each layer in tinted buttercream or fondant. Graphic designs are real big now with each tier in a different design. Stacked cakes are very popular as are the traditional tiers. Add a fountain to enhance the setting or try tea lights on and around the cake to set the mood. Beautiful during an evening reception. You don't have to stick with the traditional bride and groom topper either. Please contact us to check for availability. Wedding cake orders can be ordered as little as 2 weeks in advance, but the date may not be available.
