Cost to Value
Was the cost of the vendors service worth every penny? Or are they more expensive than they are worth? Maybe the vendor is a real steal and you got a lot more out of them than you paid for.
How flexible was the vendor to meet your needs? Did they alter their packages to meet your demands, and provide different ways to do things to meet your goals within your budget?
